This position is both people-focused and strategic by nature — you need to think creatively, be proactive, and bring a “get it done” mindset. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication, and a deep understanding of recruitment and talent development.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle (planning to onboarding)
- Understand team needs and build hiring plans with department heads
- Source, screen, and interview candidates across multiple roles
- Develop employer branding strategies and recruitment campaigns
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
- Maintain and improve HR systems and documentation
- Track hiring metrics and present regular reports to leadership
- Support HR initiatives like team building, learning, and culture programs
Must Have
- Freshers, Bachelor’s Degree or higher (HR, Psychology, Business preferred)
- 0–2 years of experience in HR, talent acquisition, or recruitment
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-driven, creative, and able to work independently
Nice to have
- Experience in startup or software/IT industry hiring
- Knowledge of HR software (e.g., BambooHR, Zoho People, Workable)
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities
- Understanding of diversity hiring and modern recruitment trends
